Cookie Policy
This page lists every cookie and piece of browser storage VINC uses. It's short: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. The only third-party analytics is Google Analytics, and it runs only if you opt in on the cookie notice (or below) — everything else is either strictly necessary to run the service or opt-out-able on this page.
Strictly necessary
These make sign-in work. The service cannot function without them, so they don't require consent under the EU ePrivacy rules — but you can always clear them in your browser (you'll be signed out).

Local storage (not cookies, never sent to us)
A few preferences live in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device as tracking data:

Error monitoring (opt-out)
We use Sentry to tell us when the app crashes. Reports are redacted before they leave your browser (media URLs and identifying payloads are stripped), and we deliberately do not use session replay — nothing records your screen. This is the only non-essential processing on the site, and you can turn it off here; the choice takes effect the next time a page loads.
Analytics (opt-in)
If — and only if — you allow it, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which parts of the site get used. It sets Google's _ga / _ga_* cookies (lifetime up to 13 months) and shares usage data with Google under their terms. We use it for aggregate product statistics, not advertising. If you never make a choice, analytics stays off. You can change your mind any time:
What we don't do
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No analytics without your opt-in, and no Meta pixel or similar ad trackers — ever.
- No selling or sharing of personal information — ever.
- Analytics never runs unless you opted in, so Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control visitors who haven't opted in are already untracked — we honor the spirit of both signals by default.
