Report Intimate Imagery
If an intimate or sexual depiction of you — real or AI-generated ("digital forgery") — exists on VINC without your consent, we will remove it along with any known identical copies: within 2 hours where India's IT Rules 2021 (as amended in 2026) apply to nudity, sexual-act, impersonation, or morphed-image content, and within 48 hours everywhere under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act. Our own Acceptable Use Policy bans this content outright.
How to submit a request
Email support@vinc.ai with the subject line "NCII removal request" including:
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
- Identification of the depiction and information sufficient for us to locate it (URL, project reference, or a description).
- A good-faith statement that the depiction was created or published without your consent.
- Contact information so we can reach you.
A parent, guardian, or authorized representative may submit on the depicted person's behalf. Minors can never consent to intimate depictions — any such content involving a minor is removed immediately and reported to authorities as the law requires.
What happens next
- Removal on the statutory clocks above — usually much faster than either.
- Known identical copies are removed too.
- We act in good faith and err toward removal; every request, decision, and timestamp is logged.
- Accounts that created or distributed the content face immediate suspension under the Acceptable Use Policy.
Other channels
Copyright complaints go to the DMCA process; anything else to the grievance process. If you are in danger, contact local law enforcement first.
