Grievance Redressal
Something wrong — a piece of content that shouldn't exist, a privacy concern, an account or billing problem, or anything else you want a human to look at? This page is the front door. We take complaints seriously and we answer them on a clock.
Grievance Officer (India)
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Grievance Officer for VINC is:
Grievance Officer, Taketwo
Email: support@vinc.ai
Taketwo, India
Our response clocks, per the IT Rules 2021 as amended by the 2026 Amendment Rules:
| Complaint | Timeline |
|---|---|
| Acknowledgement of any complaint | 24 hours |
| General grievances | 7 days |
| Removal requests for content listed in Rule 3(1)(b) (obscene, infringing, impersonating, unlawful, etc.) | 36 hours |
| Content showing nudity or a sexual act, impersonation, or morphed/artificially altered images of a person | 2 hours — see also Report intimate imagery |
Consumer complaints (billing, refunds, service deficiencies) are acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 — in practice we apply the faster IT Rules clocks above to everything.
What to include
- The email address on your VINC account (if you have one).
- A link to or description of the content or behaviour you're reporting, with enough detail for us to find it.
- What outcome you're asking for.
- For privacy requests (access, correction, erasure), say so explicitly — they're handled under the Privacy Policy with their own timelines.
Illegal-content notices (EU Digital Services Act, Art 16)
If you believe content hosted on VINC is illegal under EU or Member State law, submit a notice to support@vinc.ai containing: (a) an explanation of why you consider the content illegal, (b) the exact location of the content (URL or project reference), (c) your name and email (not required for offences concerning child sexual abuse material), and (d) a statement that your notice is accurate and complete in good faith. We process notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner. Automated filters assist triage, but decisions on notices are reviewed by a person. When we remove content or suspend an account, we send the affected user a statement of reasons with the grounds and how to contest the decision.
